This treadmill is not meant for running – as the top speed limit is capped at 4.0 MPH. So basically it’s only for slow speed walking.

The Lifespan TR1200 Treadmill Desk is a workstation walking treadmill that gives you a large working area for an affordable price. The main downside that people may not realize is that it’s only meant to be used for walking.
