Proform Power 1495 Vs Pro 7500 Treadmill
Which Is Better? A Quick Treadmill Comparison:
The Proform Power 1495 and the Proform Pro 7500 are both popular treadmills with both walkers and runners. And they both come in at the buyer-favorite $1500 price point.

So what’s the difference between them? And which is better for you? Here’s a rundown of what you need to know:
Where They’re the Same:
These treadmills both give you:
15% Incline and 3% Decline
This is great for crosstraining and adding in some high intensity intervals into your workout.
The iFit LIVE also integrates with both treadmills to automatically incline and decline to match the trail.
iFit LIVE Built-In
Both treadmills come with iFit LIVE built-in (no module required). So you can go online and run trails all over the world and watch it in the full-color touch screen consoles.

60 Inch Belt
Both treadmills give you the extra-long 60 inch belt, which is great for runners or taller users.
Main Differences Between the Proform Power 1495 and the Pro 7500:
Size of Web Browser
While they both have web browsers the browser on the Pro 7500 is larger – 10 inches vs 7 inches. This makes it easier to see the screen and read your workout stats.

Age
The Pro 7500 is newer – out for 2015. The Power 1495 has been around for a couple of years now. This doesn’t make it a bad treadmill – but it’s days may be limited as Proform tends to retire older models every 2 to 3 years.

Motor Power
Again the Pro 7500 comes out the winner here – 4.0 HP vs 3.5 HP. They’re both still pretty good motors and would both be fine whether you’re running or walking.
Belt Size
The Pro 7500 comes with a wider belt – 22 inches vs 20 inches.

Added Accessories Tray
The Pro 7500 comes with the extra accessories tray under the console to store more of your stuff – which is nice convenience. The Proform Power 1495 treadmill console does not have this.
Tablet Holder
The Pro 7500 also comes with a tablet holder above the console – so you can watch movies or shows as you workout.
Bottom Line?
While these are both excellent value treadmills, the Pro 7500 does come out ahead in motor power, belt size and conveniences like the tablet holder and accessories tray.
Not surprising since it’s a newer model – and Proform tends to make their newer models better every year.
